Our main goal at Comfort Keepers is to help you find ways to save energy and money by implementing affordable energy-saving measures.
In these times of every increasing and complex technology, energy audits are no longer a matter of guess work. In fact, inefficiencies in central heating and air conditioning were at one time blamed almost entirely on the air conditioner or furnace; this is no longer the case. The system must be reviewed in its entirety, including the ductwork, air pressure throughout the residence and several other factors.
As part of the Comfort Keepers service program we run an analysis on both the heating and cooling components of your HVAC system. There is no extra charge for the analysis and no obligation. When the HeatMaxx or the CoolMaxx tests are being run, there is no interference with the normal operations of the air conditioner or furnace.
Only NCI tested HVAC technicians such as those at Comfort Keepers can perform these rigorous tests of your system and properly interpret the results.
The HeatMaxx or the CoolMaxx tests may show an HVAC system operating at a 50 percent or 60 percent efficiency when it should be 90 percent or above; an unqualified HVAC technician may tell you a new furnace or air conditioner needs to be installed. Comfort Keepers highly trained technicians may spot a problem in a completely different area of the system and get your system to a much higher efficiency with just a few minor adjustments.
The HeatMaxx or the CoolMaxx energy audits, as part of our service program, are easily one of the best HVAC investments you can make.
